The JCAA is pleased to announce the launch of AvPay, our new Customer Portal and Online Billing System. AvPay is designed to deliver a more convenient, transparent, and efficient way for you to manage your billing interactions with us.
Beginning December 2025, customers will gain secure online access to a newly enhanced billing experience, supported by a modern interface and improved functionality.

- View & Download Current Invoices: Instantly access your most recent invoices in a clear, easy-to-read format.
- Online Payments Made Easy: Securely pay up to USD 5,000 with major credit cards, through our protected payment gateway.
- Real-Time Account Updates: Receive immediate payment confirmations and see updated account balances right away.
- 24/7 Secure Access: Log in wherever you are, whenever you need. Your billing information is always within reach.

Getting Started
When AvPay goes live, customers will receive a step-by-step email guide outlining how to:
- Log in to the new portal
- Create a personal AvPay account
- Access invoices and make payments
Our Customer Support Team will be available throughout the onboarding period to answer questions and provide assistance.
Please note: While the Online Billing System becomes active in December 2025, customers will enjoy the full Customer Portal experience in early 2026. More information will follow.
