10 Exemption - regulation 8.165 (b) (4) September 30, 2022 October 4, 2028 Issuance of pilot license with level 5 English Language Proficiency.
11 Deviation - to allow aircraft maintenance engineer to operate as chief inspector for operator according to appendix 1 (c) to schedule 12.130 dated November 25, 2022. April 4, 2023 After a review of the rationale for the request, evidence of mitigation provided, training, experience, and work schedule in addition to limited personnel available in the industry to function as chief inspector and the public's interest, relief was granted.
